Sessions All sessions run between 45-60 minutes, in person at my office in Whitefish or virtually anywhere in Montana.

Individual sessions $150 per session · $175 initial assessment

Couples sessions $175 per session · $200 initial assessment

Free 15-minute consultation Available via telehealth or in person. A low-pressure way to ask questions and decide if it's a fit before booking.

Insurance I accept several insurance plans. If I'm out of network with yours, I can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
